We have recently moved to the area and we registered with this practice. I cannot express enough how rude their reception staff are in this practice, they are NEVER helpful when you want to make an appointment. If the appointment is routine you have to call on certain days and cannot book in advance which I do not understand at all. All around the surgery are numerous passive aggressive statements, e.g. receptionists are there to answer the phone? WHAT! Surely the patient at the desk is your priority? Clearly not in this practice. You are never advised of the waiting time and you seem to watch everyone come and go before your appointment flashes up on the screen. Saying that, the doctor I have seen is relatively ok but not that friendly.
